The Bills did their job last week, beating Pittsburgh in the Wild Card round by a score of 31-17, and now they have an opportunity that they have never had before. They get to play Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in their own building with a chance to go to the AFC Championship game against Baltimore.

Key Injuries
The Bills may have won last week, but they didn’t do it without injuries. Christian Benford, Taylor Rapp, and Baylon Specter are all Out today, as is Gabe Davis. Rasul Douglas is questionable but he said he will be playing. Taron Johnson was placed in concussion protocol, but he is trending to play, which would be a massive most from the nickel spot. Terrel Bernard was carted off with an ankle injury and all week has been hoping to play. If Bernard plays, it’ll be the 2nd level of the Bills defense looking a lot better with Bernard and Dodson on the field.

The Bills obviously know what they’re going against in the Chiefs, and they know that they haven’t been able to beat them in the playoffs. Though this KC team is very good in their own right, they had some offensive issues this season and that was highlighted when the Bills beat them in KC 20-17. The Chiefs are still a force, and one that I think the Bills have a much better chance of beating in years past due to the changes in personnel, notably the receiving core. Which all year has not been up to par for what Patrick Mahomes has had in previous years.

The time is now for the Bills to beat Kansas City and have a shot at the Super Bowl next week against Baltimore. A formidable but beatable opponent. This is a great of an opportunity that Josh Allen and the Bills will ever get to try to go to a Super Bowl. They have to get past their kryptonite first, and I believe they will on top of big games from Josh Allen obviously, James Cook, Dalton Kincaid, and Von Miller. The Bills should be able to win this game especially at home. I have them winning tonight.
