Game 2

A great offensive game from both team’s in game 1 of the series, we will see if this will carry that on, with Kershaw on the hill for the Dodgers, Megill for the Mets. Bottom 1, J.D Martinez would come up with Freeman on 1st. On the 10th pitch of the at bat, he would launch one over the center field wall, 2-0 Dodgers early. Megill would settle down and Kershaw was dealing for the Dodgers so a good pitching matchup until Bot 3, when Martinez came up again and launched another over the wall this time to right, 3-0 Dodgers. Megill would go 5 innings, let up 7 hits, 3 ERs 4 walks, but he would K 4. Kershaw would fire off 7 innings, 9 K’s no walks and only 3 hits. Kershaw was beating up the Mets lineup all night long. Reyes, Brigham, Curtiss would all appear in the game, Curtiss would struggle giving up a sac fly to Freeman, than Martinez would hit a RBI single up middle 5-0 Dodgers.
