Adam Pelech played a great game as well, head coach Lane Lambert says it might be the best game Pelech has ever played with the Islanders. Wild Card Update

The Isles win yesterday was crucial for the standings. Going 3 points up on Pittsburgh and 6 points up on the playoff line, with 7 games remaining, and some tough teams like Tampa (twice) and Carolina, the Isles need to win as many of these games as possible against teams like Montreal and Philadelphia.
